If we went burn before it would of been a great experience. Rating is more based of the whole experience over 2 year with this company. Been burn prior doesn't fix the outcome on the owners of the business.

Delivering on every promise under the warranty- Despite the car we bought having some unexpected mechanical issues, Ozcar fixed everything free of charge, even arranging a tow truck when needed, providing a courtesy car free of charge and delivering the car back to us when it was repaired. They also did a wonderful job with the new paint job on the car as part of the sale agreement. Overall service has been amazing. Thanks team!
