Why OzCar?

Having never dealt with OzCar in past I had heard the rumours that we all had. However they couldn’t be further from the truth, Matthew Rose was my Sales Manager and Billy Jean looked after us for finance. They managed to get us out of our overpriced and over financed loan into a much more manageable package and from start to finish the team walk me through and now I’m in a BETTER CAR FOR LESS!! I was really impressed with the after-sales care Matt provided. About 12 months after delivery I received a call just to check in and make sure everything was still running smoothly. No pressure, no upselling — just a genuine follow-up. That kind of long-term customer care is rare these days and definitely appreciated.

Everything was explained clearly, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. Really happy with my car and the service I received. I recently bought a car from Oz Car Kippa Ring: Kim was our first point of contact and was hands down the standout of the entire experience. She approached my partner and I in such a warm, genuine and down-to-earth way and made us feel comfortable straight away. Being newer to the car industry, she clearly puts in extra effort — she really listened, was more than happy to help, and if there was ever something she wasn’t 100% sure about, she didn’t guess or brush it off. She made the call, followed it up, and made sure we had proper answers. Her honesty, work ethic and follow-through really stood out. Kim is an absolute asset to the team and deserves recognition. We also dealt with Matthew, who is super experienced and insanely knowledgeable. He has an incredible energy and a brain like a car encyclopaedia — packed with information and always ready to share. He explains things in a way that actually makes sense, answers questions effortlessly, and you can tell he genuinely loves what he does. His passion for cars and attention to detail made the whole process informative and reassuring, without ever feeling overwhelming. Sam was great when it came time to write up the contract and went above and beyond by organising a loan car for me while my car was being prepared. He was easy going, helpful and great for a laugh, which made what can be a stressful part of the process feel really relaxed. On the admin side, Tiah was fantastic. She revised the contract with me and made sure everything was clear, accurate and sorted without any stress. Her professionalism and attention to detail really tied everything together. Overall, the team at Oz Car Kippa Ring made the entire process smooth, stress-free and genuinely enjoyable. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough — especially Kim, who truly made this such a positive experience.
