My partner and I went in to window shop and ask questions about trading in my car which has finance and Ben our salesman helped answer all our question's and helped us find our family car ,he than introduced us to his manager who also helped try get the best deals he can and got the ball rolling with no pressure to buy. The 5 stars are for my bloke in the Service Centre — Rob. Absolute legend. Every other service centre in Bathurst wanted me to leave the car for the whole day for a simple panel fix, but Rob got it sorted in under 2 minutes. Didn’t muck around, just got it done — and even made sure it was all covered under warranty since the car was bought from Oz Car. If Oz Car’s got any sort of award for top-notch customer service, Rob should be at the top of the list. Bloke’s a legend, full stop!

I previously bought from OzCar. Avi the manger sold me the car. I was promised everything by Avi. And not one of the promises were kept. I recently came in very skeptical to do my service at OzCar Campbelltown. And was greeted by Ronnie and introduced himself as the manager. I told him how I’ve lost all trust in OzCar due to the way I was treated by Avi. Thank God you have people like Ronnie in this world. It was 40° I was sitting outside in the heat he insisted that I come inside and sit in the air conditioned office. He gave me a bottle water I told him I was waiting for an uber. He told me to cancel the uber and he got one of his well presented salesman named Jordan. To take me home and again when my car was serviced I called Jordan and he came and picked me up. Very very professional salesman. Ronnie has restored my faith in OzCar Campbelltown. I will only be buying cars off him in the future. Thanks again to Ronnie and Jordan.

I recently purchased the JAC from the Queanbeyan OzCar store. I am beyond happy with the Ute, but even better than the Ute was the service I received from the team. I was kept in the loop regarding my application by Josh and he was very knowledgeable during the whole process. Terry gave me a very thorough hand over of the vehicle ensuring I knew everything I needed to know before driving off the lot and even called me a few days later to see how I was finding everything. John (Mav) provided so much support during the whole process and was there every step of the way from the test drive right through to collection. There is another staff member there too, that while he did not directly deal with my purchase of the vehicle, took my many phone calls, inquiries and questions with enthusiasm and respect. I had previously had a sour taste in my mouth from my last experience purchasing a car and the guys have completely changed my opinion of purchasing a vehicle new or used. Cannot praise the team enough for the experience and service they provided me. I would give 10 stars to each of you if I could.
